About Me
MrHealthUp, also known as Coach Mack, is an I.A.F.P. Certified Fitness Professional who specializes in Human Optimization, Weight Loss, and Physical Aesthetics.
MrHealthUp has been employed in popular gyms such as Y.M.C.A and Equinox. MrHealthUp has been an athlete all of his life and gained most of his training experience by participating in all ranks of organized sports.
Rockstars AAU Basketball
Rockstars AAU Basketball program is for boys ages 11-14 with a focus on fitness and basketball skills training.
Personal Training
HealthUp specializes in athletic and youth training. However, I also have experience with pre and post natal clients and elderly clients. Calisthenics or weight training programs are available. Currently offering individual, small group, and online personal training sessions.
